Factory
A downloadable game for Windows
Factory is a two-player game where each player controls a robot and tries to build as many objects as they can before time runs out, like two Wall-E's doing competitive construction. At the end of the game, the player that has assembled the most objects wins.
"Set in Dr Androids cold, calculated, industrial factory, two robots (Rob and Bot) turn up to work one day and find all of their robot friends have gone on a field trip without them. Rob is a frustrated little construction bot, sick of always being picked last for the Factory Welding Team; Bot just really likes Hummus. Left to their own devices, they decide to have a race, building as much as they can - and leave a large mess in their wake. Their friends are only away for the day and the conveyor belts can be tricky, so Rob and Bot have very little time to build before they’re caught."
Development
Factory was developed in Unity by Grate Game Productions, a team of second-year students from Swinburne University. Its source code is available on GitHub.
