Updating Syzygy's Effect Formatting

While replacing the artworks of my Malefic custom cards, I opted to update how I was formatting the effect text of my cards from the TCG's Problem-Solving Card Text formatting to a hybrid that mixes that with the OCG's numbered effect formatting, to make it easier to read and easier to distinguish one effect from the next. As such, I've updated Syzygy's effect text to use that new formatting.
