Malefic Art and Effect Formatting Update

I wasn't satisfied with the quickly put together artworks I created for my custom Malefic cards, so I decided to create new ones and put some more effort into them. Rather than flipping them and inverting the colours and overlaying Malefic World all in 10 minutes per card, I opted to outline each monster, remove the background and replace it entirely with Malefic World, and play with the saturation, brightness, and contrast of the head and wings of each dragon to mimic the head and wing masks of actual Malefic monsters, since creating new versions of those for my custom cards is a bit beyond my digital artistic skills. They're not masterpieces by any means, but I think they look far better than the previous artworks, and I'm satisfied with that.

While I was redoing all of the artworks, I also decided on using a hybrid of the TCG's Problem-Solving Card Text effect formatting, and Japan's numbered effect formatting. I've thought for a while that numbered effects would be much more readable than the current wall of PSCT effects, and the TCG isn't going to make that change more than likely, so I figured I'd do it myself for my custom cards going forward. As such, I also updated my Malefic cards' effect text to use that new hybrid formatting.
